👶 Mango & Sticky Rice (8 Months) 🥭🍚

🧂 Ingredients (in order of use)

  • 1 ripe mango

  • Pre-cooked sticky rice (defrosted if frozen)

  • Coconut milk

  • 1 tsp cornflour

👨‍🍳 Method

① Defrost sticky rice (if frozen) for around 4 hours

② Cut mango in half, slice thinly, and shape (or mash for easier eating)

③ Warm coconut milk in a pan on medium heat

④ Add cornflour and whisk until slightly thickened

⑤ Pour over rice and mango

⑥ Serve warm

She surprised me — finished all the rice and about ¾ of the mango 🥹

I spoon-fed most of it as it’s a bit tricky, but let her explore the mango too (breaking it into smaller bits to mix with the rice)
